Replacements

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full replacement.

We only replace items which are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must have been damaged or defective prior to your receiving it. You will need to provide pictorial evidence to that effect.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a replacement will not be granted:

  • Product with obvious signs of use
  • Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To claim:

Email us at bonchustown@gmail.com a CLEAR photo[s] and/or a CLEAR short video showing the faults, including the item and packaging. Once we have established that your claim is genuine, we will send you a replacement.

When a refund is offered

If a refund is approved a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame. If a refund is offered on a promotional item this will be specified in the promotion;  purchases of items which are not part of a promotion will not be refunded, and will only be replaced under our standard replacement terms.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Other sale items

Certain sale items will not be refunded;  this will be made clear in the terms of the sale.

Original artworks

If you purchase original artwork, the shipping will include insurance, which covers damage to your item in transit. The artwork will be clearly marked as fragile and packaged as securely as practicable to ensure it arrives safely;  however if damage occurs a claim must be made to cover loss.
